角落小夥伴是一群有點消極但又充滿個性的角色。這個故事的世界觀不只是小朋友，就連大人也深受吸引。 第二彈電影的製作，由「夏目友人帳」的大森貴弘擔任導演、「紫羅蘭永恆花園」的吉田玲子負責腳本。而動畫同樣由前作的Fanworks負責製作。作品中將以溫柔的筆觸描繪出角落小夥伴平靜的生活當中出現的意外事件！ 在一如往常的城鎮迎來藍色月亮的夜晚，不可思議的故事就此展開。 秋季的某一天，角落小夥伴們一起外出露營。愉快的時光轉眼間就過去了，到了快深夜的時候，企鵝？想起了某個傳說。 「在五年才會造訪一次的藍色大滿月之夜，魔法師們將會來到城鎮」 角落小夥伴們抬頭一望，出現在眼前的是浮在空中的巨大藍月！ 然後在那個夜晚，一如往常的城鎮被施展了不可思議的魔法…？ 5位魔法師「一」「二」「三」「四」「五」來到角落小夥伴的世界！ 離開的時候，竟然發生烏龍事件，其中一名魔法師「五」被遺留在角落小夥伴的世界！ 「五」為了報答角落小夥伴的照顧，主動幫小夥伴們實現夢想。 到底每個角落小夥伴的夢想是什麼？真的能用魔法實現夢想嗎?

In the film’s story, the main characters go on a camping trip one day in the fall, and that night there was large and blue moon overhead, remembering a legend: that once every five years, on the night of a large and blue full moon, magical creatures will visit the town. As it is said in the legend, five wizard brothers have descended upon the city. Parks, supermarket, and forests were enchanted one after another, and the dazzling and colored city was like party venue. Soon, the fun night was coming to an end and the wizard were coming back to the moon. However, “Tapioca” was among them. It was mistaken for the youngest “FIVE” and taken away…?
